I absolutely love this team! This is my second year as captain and my third year on the team. Looking forward to another season with my favorite people along with welcoming some new ones! I can't wait for more post-lesson dinners, barn parties, and coffee runs. My favorite thing about the team is how it feels like a family!

I am super excited to get to know everyone and am super grateful to be part of such a great environment. I have been riding for about 12 years. I competed in hunters and recently moved to jumpers before Covid hit and then I went off to college for another sport. Really excited to get back into riding and I am super grateful for this opportunity through the CC equestrian team!!

This is my second year at CC, and being a part of the equestrian team has been such an integral part of my life at school. Riding can often be an isolating sport, so I have enjoyed being able to build connections with my lovely teammates and our coach. Being a part of the team has made me feel at home at CC! Looking forward to learning with these amazing people (and horses of course)!

Coming from Miami, I came to Colorado to try new things and joined the equestrian team as a new hobby. The team has been so supportive of me as a beginner and getting to learn from and with them is such a privilege. I’m grateful for my time with the team, and joining was the best decision I made.

I absolutely love our equestrian program. The whole team feels like a family and it is genuinely the best team environment that I could ask for. I've been riding and competing equitation for around 10 years but am still amazed by how much I have learned while riding with the team. I'm so excited and grateful to be apart of this team!

I have been loving being on the equestrian team; it's an escape from campus to have horse time, and have made connections with my fellow riders that I’ll cherish for life. After taking a few years off, I'm enjoying getting back into the swing of things and exploring the eq world. I’m looking forward to learning more about myself as a rider and getting some more show experience under my belt!!!

I have loved getting to meet this wonderful team and its horses. I recently switched from dressage to jumping and it has been so fun to learn more with the team! I feel so lucky to have been welcomed into the group and to have been able to pursue my hobbies outside of coursework.

I’ve loved getting to know everyone on the team as well as riding with them. I’ve been riding for 12 years and have a background in eventing, so learning equitation has been interesting for me. The equestrian team has become an amazing community and support system. I’m so excited for the future with these amazing people!
